On LinkedIn, I see posts like: I applied for 100 jobs, had 25 interviews, and finally got a job offer. Please why is this something to celebrate?
Why should anyone be applying to 50 jobs? not to talk about 100 jobs!!! The emotional stress, countless hours it takes to apply, the numerous rejection emails one after the other! Eventually, you feel so overwhelmed and give up completely.
No one should go through such emotional, mental, and physical stress (or trauma).
There is a better way to job search, apply for jobs, get invited for interview, and land a job!
