I feel led to host a FREE 10-day Time Audit Challenge.
One thing I don't play with is my time because I know that the measure of life is time. Also, we all have the same, 24 hours daily regardless of race or status.
Therefore it's essential to audit what you use your 24 hours daily to do and decide if that's the best use or where adjustments need to be made.
There is no point in making goals and New Year's resolutions for 2024 if you don't make time for it.
